Face coverings are handmade individually in the Benveniste Atelier, London. Therefore, delivery maybe 1-3 weeks.

How Will My Parcel Be Delivered?

Benveniste uses Royal Mail for all UK orders and Parcel Force for all International orders.

 

Redeliveries

Please be aware you are responsible for rearranging the redelivery of your package.

 

Sales Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped duties unpaid, therefore orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.

 

Although a trade deal was negotiated between the UK and the EU, some EU orders will now incur additional charges. The VAT rate payable is dependant on the country and does vary. Please check your local VAT office for rates. All VAT charges will be payable in your local country before the goods will be released and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

 

Can I Amend My Order?

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to us to receive a full refund.
